HCR outperforming the industry’s top player

Aug. 10, 2009 - PRLog -- A new independent study focusing on the UK’s Property and Estate Management industry has revealed that the HCR Group, employee relocation specialist and a leading provider of corporate rental accommodation (UK and Worldwide) is outperforming the largest player within the industry.

In addition the study conducted by the business intelligence group, Plimsoll Publishing Limited, highlighted that HCR was one of a select few that are having success within the current English economy.

The report which analyses the top 500 players within the Property and Estate Management industry has exposed that over 64% of HCR’s competitors were listed to be in danger, an indication that they are struggling to survive.  

This news follows the success that the employee relocation and accommodation group accomplished earlier in the year by achieving a record year, bucking the industries trend. The turnover of the company increased by 15% to £5.1 million and operating profit by 19% to £1.1 million.
