Aug. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, the county’s premier hotel, is inviting you to a complimentary evening with its Event Source Professionals on Tuesday, September 15, from 6 to 8 p.m., where wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Event Source Professionals (ESP) is a team of Westchester’s best wedding and event planners that includes: The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester in White Plains; Fontana Bridal Salon of Scarsdale; Diana Gould Ltd, of Elmsford; Andre Maier Photography serving the tri-state area; Hal Prince Music & Entertainment of Rye Brooke; and San Marko Formals, Limousines & Fine Men's Wear of Yonkers.

“My goal in creating this special group was to present the best that Westchester has to offer,” said Barbara Thibault, Director of Catering Sales at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester.  “You no longer have to go to Manhattan for a quality product.  Together, all of these professionals have hundreds of years of experience in event planning, and we want to give our guests the opportunity to meet with them in a relaxed setting.”

Fontana Bridal Salon, which is family-owned, has been in the bridal gown business since 1945.  Fontana has provided unique gowns for brides who have come to Fontana from all over the world.  Their bridal consultants, fitters, European seamstresses, beaders and pressers work with each client every step of the way to ensure the perfect fit for that special day.

With 37 years of experience, San Marko Formals, Limousines & Fine Men’s Wear is committed to making that special day “picture perfect” as well as comfortable.  They offer a wide variety of tuxedo designs, as well as limousines, from vintage and classic to SUV’s and buses.

For more than 25 years, Diana Gould Ltd. has been creating beautifully-coordinated décor for weddings and other events. Their craftsmen can make every event unique by combining floral design, room and tent decoration, custom party linens, art and graphic design, tree and plant rentals, decorative lighting, custom invitations and favors.

For years, Andre Maier Photography has provided a more personal approach to wedding photography, going beyond the traditional couple and family portraits.  They devote the entire day to taking photos, including the preparation, ceremony, reception and more.
