PRLog -- J. Davis PRO and Auburn Nights put on an extremely busy and successful event July 24th, 2009. In the midst of Summer, a slow period in collegiate communities, the event was widely promoted and with great response from individuals living hours away and locals alike. The line stretched hundreds of feet down the sidewalk of College St. in downtown Auburn. A variety of individuals were waiting to enter the Auburn area's largest and busiest bar event of the season, reminiscent of the crowd on a football weekend. Some guests were prepared with Ziploc bags for their phones and belongings, as well as being dressed accordingly with the event some even in swimsuits. Once the guests stepped in the door they realized they weren’t the first people in line as hundreds stood inside drinking, dancing, and covered in foam. The foam was the attraction for most, but the attraction of such a busy event is what gained the interest of others, such individuals took a peek through the interior doors near the dance floor to get a look at the excitement and then made their way to the staircase to join the hundreds staying dry, in regards to their clothing not their drinking habits lol, upstairs. Upstairs wet and dry alike sought refuge from the sardine-like crowdedness of downstairs. Walking further through the bar guest came to the elevated patio where the acoustic talents of Miles welcomed them to relax, drink, or even smoke. Before, During, and After the event the faces of the guests were frozen with smiles and grateful for an event that was capable of breaking the common monotony of the town and the events there within.
With such a great turnout and response, the companies are planning a seasonal follow-up to the event, 3+ times a year in Auburn and many more times across the Southeast.
