By: Chloe Williams Taking in over 100 miles of countryside, the competitive team challenge involves hiking, biking and kayaking from coast-to-coast. The team will start in West Somerset’s Dunster Castle, continue through Exmoor and across Lake Wimbleball before making their way along the River Exe to finish on the beaches of South Devon. Mucklow said: “The whole team have been in training for this for several months. As you can imagine, this is serious physical exertion for some of the group, who are more used to sitting behind a PC than the handlebars of a mountain bike. “We just hope we can ride through the pain barrier and inspire people to donate for this great cause.” Senior developer Richard Geary said: “It might be a challenge but we can meet it. We’ve all been set fundraising targets of £800 – if we can all manage to beat that we might even reach a £5000 total.” The Prince’s Trust supports millions of young people in the UK who aren’t in education, training or employment to improve their lives for the better.
