Untimely Loss of Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhar Reddy

Sept. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- 3rd Sep,Gurgaon : Astrosagar -- At about 11:00 AM on 3rd September 2009, the recovery of 5 charred bodies from the ill-fated helicopter was announced by the media.

One of the dead bodies was confirmed as the body of late Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhar Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. From the last 24 hours the nation was hooked to the news television channels, while one of the largest search operations of the country was going on for finding the whereabouts of the lost chopper in which the C. M. was traveling. The nation is in a state of despair, shock and unbelievable melancholy at the tragic accident.

Everything in going to be analyzed following the incidence and responsibilities will be fixed in due course. We shall begin by analyzing whether there is an astrological angle to the event.

If we analyse the horoscope of time on 2nd September 2009 at 9:12 AM, Hyderabad when the chopper went out of contact. The horoscope analysis of that particular moment is as follows:

The rising lagna is Libra at 00 degree 11 minutes. Immediately after the start of this lagna, the problems in the chopper started. Venus, the karaka of conveyance (also the lagna lord), is afflicted by Ketu indicating mechanical problems and failures in the chopper.
The fourth house is very important in this horoscope. Jupiter which is the lord of the 6th house (representing accidents) is placed in the 4th house (conveyance) and it happens to be retrograde. Rahu is afflicting the 4th house by being placed in the 4th house. Moon is afflicted by Rahu / Ketu axis in the same house. To make the matter worse Venus, the lagna lord is also afflicted. Sun also is afflicted by Saturn.
In astrology, it is generally observed that when the lagna and both the luminaries viz., Sun and Moon get afflicted, the problem becomes severe. In this chart, the Lagna lord is afflicted. Sun and Moon are also afflicted. This signifies least chance of survival.

Further Astrological Observations

The immediate cause of accident was problem in chopper in the air. Air is the domain of Jupiter. Moon's presence in the 4th house gives an indication of the watery environment caused by rainfall. Rahu in conjunction made the weather highly inclement.

The Capricorn rashi (representing earth element) rising in the 4th house indicates accident becoming lethal after touching the ground when the chopper might have been engulfed by fire. Here, special reference of Sun and Saturn conjunction in Leo rashi (representing fire element) in the 8th house from the Moon is significant. The 8th house represents longevity and is generally seen for the cause of death.

Thus, all the astrological stars were against the traveling party. We deeply mourn the sad demise of Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhar Reddy and all the co-travelers. May their souls rest in peace and the God gives solace to the families affected.
