Legacies Consignment Shop Lease Signed at Regency Centers' Hyde Park Plaza in Cincinnati

The retailer has been a long-time merchant at Hyde Park Plaza, with donated and consigned home furnishings and accessories for the benefit of The Wellness Community, a gathering and support center for cancer patients. Legacies will celebrate its grand re-opening on September 25. Hyde Park Plaza is located at the corner of Paxton Avenue and Wasson Road in Cincinnati, OH.

According to Jason Gibson, Regency Centers senior leasing agent, the 396,861 square foot shopping center in Cincinati is anchored by a 99,675 square foot Kroger and a 69,562 square foot Biggs, along with retail shops including Michaels, Great Clips, Staples, Panera Bread, Starbucks and Massage Envy. “Legacies is an important part of our merchant line-up at Hyde Park Plaza. Legacies offers local residents the opportunity to buy and sell home furnishings while supporting a worthy cause,” said Gibson.
