Oct. 7, 2009 - PRLog -- As a part of phase one in launching the LORE Music Group's portal, we present: LORE Music News, a tip sheet of new releases by soul, jazz and spoken-word artists, including links to reviews of their music (we will be adding a reviewer to the site very soon, so stay tuned!!!). LMG will provide a resource for independent artists, labels, and promoters.

LORE Music Group (LMG), home of the 'Southcoast Soul Movement' is a newly created, music promotions organization, providing a taste-maker's platform for high quality recording/ performing artists of the Soul, Jazz and Spoken-word genres, primarily of the southern New England region.

LMG is a Creative Economy project, funded in part by a grant from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, under the direction of Morgan James Peters, an Associate Professor of English & African American Studies.
