Dream Team Member takes home Top Honors

Scott recently walked away with the top prize in the Diva Pro Fitness Model category at this year’s World Body Building and Fitness Federation World Championship held in Toronto, September 19th, 2009. Her secret, transform your mind, turn negative thoughts into positive, and you will achieve your goals.

“Our mind is the most powerful weapon that we possess. It allows us to transform anything we want” claims Scott. “Understanding this, I was able to uncover the woman that was hidden inside.  I have learned and now strongly believe that in order to change and strengthen your body and life, you must first change and strengthen your mind.  It was only until I discovered this that my transformation really began”

With the help of her personal trainer Paul Anthony and his MiNdSCoRe program, Scott was able to successfully transform her body and mind. A member of Anthony’s DreamBody Video Series and his Dream Team, Scott’s drive and motivation has been truly inspirational and proof that if we do change our mind frame to positive thoughts, we can achieve anything.
