Dec. 22, 2009 - PRLog -- 1. Mud Cleaner Construction:
a. LMMCU (desilter and shale shaker) shall be designed and mounted on easily movable oil field type skid for maximum rigidity and sturdiness, suitably reinforced. Skid to be mounted with rubber bushings.

b. Headers are to be equipped with clamp connectors and weld end nipples.
c. The equipment shall have lifting eye bolts/lugs.
d. LMMCU shall have gates at each side for direct discharge into mud tank.
e. Hydro cyclone quick connected to pipe feed inlet & overflow discharge ends. The discharge apex of the cone shall be easily removable for cleaning and replacement.
f. All inlets, overflow discharge header, pipe flange connections should be for tight & leak proof assembly.
g. Bourdon type 6” dial glycerin filled pressure gauge in FPS/SI units shall be installed at appropriate place/inlet line of Desilter.
h. The LMMCU shall be complete with mud trough & manifold etc.
i. Hydro cyclones shall be mounted in such a way so that their under flow falls on a metal plate to break the fluid velocity and then it flows quietly on a fine mesh vibrating screen.
j. Integral Vibrator Motor: Suitably rated motor vibrator compatible with specified operating conditions & parameters for the intended service (HP & RPM), flameproof, weather proof AC induction motor 415 Volt + 10%, 50 Hz + 3%, 3 Phase, suitable for I/IIA/IIB groups as per IS: 2148 (For Flame proof

enclosure, IP 55 enclosure, Class F insulation. Top terminal box sealed pre-greased bearings. Canopy to protect motor against rain.
k. Starter: Manual, explosion proof and overload relays protection, installed in weatherproof box to avoid mud splashes.
l. Screens: Apart from the screens fitted on each unit, One set of spare Screens to be provided.
m. Screen Deck Angle adjustment from +50 to -30 with positive jacking device.
n. Screen Mountings Mechanism to allow quick & easy engagement/disengagement of screen
o. Grease Fittings: Easily accessible grease fittings to be provided.
p. Safety guards shall be rigidly fitted on all rotating/moving parts or assemblies (non-sparking material).

2. Mud Cleaner Painting: Complete fabricated material shall be sand blasted to white metal, primed with Zinc rich epoxy primer and top coating with urethane paint to protect against corrosion, as per manufacturer's standard practice, to ensure durability & reliability for a minimum period of 3-5 years. Frame shall be coated with anti-wear compound.

C.e    Mud Cleaner Material : Vendor to ensure that material of construction offered for different components of equipment shall be compatible with specified operating conditions & parameters and shall be suitable for the intended service.
