Boston Wholesale Food Distributor AGAR Inks Six-Year-Deal with Papa Gino’s & D’Angelo Grilled

Both are under the Papa Gino’s, Inc. name based in Dedham, MA.

The New England-based wholesale food distributor will act as the restaurant group’s broadline distributor and supply these items to all locations including 170 Papa Gino Pizzerias and 200 D ‘Angelo Grilled Sandwiches locations. Both restaurant franchises have served quality food to millions of New England guests for more than 40 years.

AGAR will also assist both restaurant groups with enhancing their internal efficiencies by offering the technology to help them with online ordering. Each location in the group will be able to track inventory and order product through a central ordering system which will ultimately go straight to AGAR for processing, allowing operators more time to focus on front of house operations.
