is a neuropsychologist who has written and taught extensively about the essential inner skills of personal well-being, psychological growth, and contemplative practice—as well as about relationships, family life, and raising children. A co-founder of Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom, he edits the Wise Brain Bulletin, and is a meditation teacher. He lives and maintains a clinical practice in psychology in Marin County, California.
