PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA—Until now it has been necessary for consumers to hire an interior designer in order to visit manufacturer’
s showrooms and/or purchase “trade only” designer fabric and furniture seen in television and magazine ads.
Frank Keshisian, through his company LA Design Concepts, has simplified this process and eliminated the need to hire a designer. “Today’
s homeowner is confident in their ability to design their own spaces” says Keshishian “but is hindered by the need to hire a designer in order to gain access to the manufacturer’
s showrooms.” LA Design Concepts process is easy. A letter of introduction is provided to the homeowner which grants them access to hundreds of “trade only” showrooms. The showroom staff will provide a tear sheet on those items the homeowner is interested in. This has all the specifications necessary to order the item such as manufacturer code, measurements, finish, fabric etc. The tear sheet is then turned over to the staff at LA Design Concepts who will take care of coordinating the ordering and delivery process; all at a cost of 20% above wholesale designer net cost. If a consumer does not live near a design center or showroom the entire process can be handled online. Visit their website at
http://www.ladesignconcepts.com for instructions along with a complete list of manufacturers.
This service is also available and can be beneficial to designers who may not have individual accounts with every manufacturer. Further information can be obtained by contacting the office at (310) 581-3774 or emailing requests to info@ladesignconcepts.com.
