Past Life TV Show on Fox - Good or Bad?

While it would be much more effective to handle the 'regressions' in a different way than they do on the show, decisions were apparently made to present this in a way that would dramatize the subject, rather than presenting to more common and more effective way of dealing with these types of memories using hypnosis.

Although therapists who work extensively with Past Life Regression clients may have decided to present the topic in a way that is more inline with the way Past Life Regression Therapy is practiced in the real world, The Fox show Past Life will likely provide many people with the motivation to locate a qualified Hypnotherapist in their area so that they can uncover the mysteries of their own Past Lives. Although these people may discover that their past lifetimes may not have been as dramatic as what they have seen on the Past Life TV show, many of these people will discover the self healing benefits that are available with Past Life Regression Therapy.
