Berghaus Releases Three New Technical Base Layers for Spring/Summer 2010

Feb. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- The Tech T advanced range is the latest offering from Berghaus. Using their own engineered polyester fabric called Argentium, which utilises the bacteria fighting benefits of silver ion technology in fabric form, the result of this fabric is an ultra lightweight, ultra breathable next to the skin layer that keeps you fresh, comfortable and permanently protected. It also equips the wearer with an odour resistant garment so you can wear it more and wash it less. The main fabric in this advanced range contains optimised UV absorbers in the yarn, this is combined with a tight knit structure to produce a garment that blocks 96.7% of the sun’s rays. The Tech T advanced range comes in three different fits, relaxed, active and technical.

Technical fit

A close fitting garment with stretch bi-component construction for optimal wicking performance in areas of high perspiration. Also ideal for multi season use. All technical fitting garments have a sun protection factor of UPF 50+.

Active Fit

The active fit has been designed for use as a base layer or a warm weather outer garment, giving it a great deal of versatility. Has stretch bi-component construction to optimise wicking performance in high areas of perspiration. Also has a sun protection factor of UPF 50+.

Relaxed Fit

The relaxed fit is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who requires a comfortable relaxed fit that is suitable for multi season use as an outer garment in warm weather. This range has a sun protection factor of UPF 30+.
