By: High Octane Thrills, Inc. Thomas Walls, the CEO and founder was available for comment “it has been an amazing past 15 months, back in late 2008 we decided to make a run for 2010 and here we are actually gearing up to make this project a reality. Funding has been a significant challenge over the last year with the economy making us wonder what we had gotten ourselves into, but the accomplishments and strides we have made during that same time period has also given us the courage to exceed our milestones and continue moving forward against all odds and skepticism. We are in talks with several large investors and sponsors along with numerous vendors and partners and thus we are confident that with a little more time we will have the proper funding to launch the series as planned. The money raised via this offering will give us the cash flow we need to get through the current seed phase of operations and allow us to move into the start-up phase of the project.”. The start-up Caged Heat Racing Series is the result of more than eight years of development by High Octane Thrills to provide the nation’s racing fans with a new indoor motorsport spectacle. The Caged Heat Series, slated to begin a national tour in October 2010, will feature a uniquely designed and professionally engineered racetrack on which half-scale cars race in indoor arenas. The half-scale stock cars are custom-built models that have been raced indoors for several years. They provide the proper weight, safety, and visual components required by the Caged Heat Racing Series. The Caged Heat Racing Series, scheduled to debut on 10/10/10 will make 20 stops across the country. 30 full-time drivers will compete each week in a series of elimination races, while simultaneously competing for the series championship. Each stop will include two nights of high-speed indoor racing action. Spectators treated to a night of entertainment and in-your-face racing enhanced with lighting, audio, and pyrotechnic effects similar to a large arena rock show, World Wrestling Entertainment, monster truck shows, and the X-Games. High Octane Thrills will generate revenues from tickets and merchandise sales. Additional revenues will be realized through the sale of sponsorship rights to Fortune 500 corporations and others looking to capitalize on the marketing aspects of the series. High Octane Thrills has performed exhaustive research and development to achieve the current track design and touring logistics, and the Company is confident that this project is ready to be implemented. High Octane Thrills is looking for partners, sponsors, and investors who are interested in working to further the development of the Caged Heat Racing project. The Company anticipates reaching more than 1 million fans in its debut year. Thus, the Caged Heat Racing series is a ground-floor opportunity for investors and corporate partners looking to associate their names and logos with a new affordable racing project with the chance to explode during the next few years. # # # High Octane Thrills, Inc. has spent the past eight years developing a truly unique entertainment experience that fuses the intimacy of arena sports with the high-speed thrill of stock car racing.
