Prove that EatDrinkAnything.com diet is real.
By: EatDrinkAnything.com – Caesar Andreas Harvard researchers looked at subgroups of age, smoking status, physical activity level, and baseline BMI. After more than a decade of tracking the weight gain of these women, the researchers discovered that, much to their surprise, the women that did not drink any alcohol gained the most weight and were the most likely to become obese. Harvard researchers concluded that compared with nondrinkers, women who consumed alcohol gained less weight and had a lower risk of becoming overweight and/or obese during 12 years of follow-up. Therefore, if a person is trying to lose weight, avoiding alcohol will not necessarily produce results. Alcohol, as proven by the study, is not something that by itself will make a person fat. In fact, drinking alcohol might actually lead a person to NOT gain as much weight. If the goal is to lose weight then a person should focus on lowering the total quantity of food and drink, not just avoid one thing such as alcohol. EatDrinkAnything.com is a scientifically based diet that allows an individual to eat and drink anything, including alcohol, and still lose weight. The study above is additional scientific proof that people can eat and drink anything and still be thinner than people who place food and drink restrictions on themselves. # # # About EatDrinkAnything.com: End
