Started in from a small storefront on Summit Avenue in Union City, NJ 1946, the Piretra family has been making high quality all natural pasta products for over 63 years.  Star Ravioli makes and sells delicious cheese and meat ravioli, stuffed shells, manicotti, and cappelletti (tortellini).  When the company started, Star Ravioli products were already popular with the "locals", and soon people were coming from far and wide to get some of their home made products. Today,  Star is run by the third generation of the Piretra family - Larry's son Michael, daughter Eileen and son-in-law Rick - are all an integral part of Star Ravioli's current and continued success.
