Shane Bull of Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham Strengthens Downtown Raleigh Presence

April 16, 2010 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC -- Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman Graham, a leading Triangle real estate services firm, announced today that Shane Bull, real estate advisor, recently closed five transactions in downtown Raleigh.  Ulanguzi leased space at 207 E. Hargett St., and Mirage and Still Life leased space on the ground-floor of West, a 17-story residential condominium building in downtown Raleigh’s Glenwood South district..  Bull also assisted in the sale of two commercial buildings located at 311 E. Edenton St. and 17 E. Martin St.

Downtown Raleigh comprises 110 blocks and is home to approximately 5,000 residents.  Its office market consists of nearly six million square feet of space concentrated around the Fayetteville Street District.  Its retail market totals 1.2 million square feet with over 200,000 additional square feet under construction or planned.  Bull himself is a downtown resident and is currently a member of the Economic Development Committee of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance.  Bull says that he “loves” living downtown and intends to continue increasing his professional presence in this vibrant market.
