Ace Hardware leases 5,000 square feet of retail space at Regency Centers’ Paces Ferry Plaza

April 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA – Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com) a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Atlanta, GA to two new merchants at Paces Ferry Plaza.  Ace Hardware has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space, and Day Spa and Nail leased 2,782 square feet, making the center fully leased.  

Ace Hardware was represented by Vision Commercial Properties, LLC.

The 61,693 square foot Paces Ferry Plaza is merchandised with several prominent restaurants including Caribou Coffee, Houston’s and The Flying Biscuit Cafe.  Located ten miles north from downtown Atlanta, Paces Ferry Plaza is located at 1261 West Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta, GA.
