Respected Litigation Support Firm Introduces SPS

Targeting the top 100 law firms nationwide, Washington, D.C. based process server, Torri’s Legal Services, plans micro site and email campaign highlighting proven SPS Program.

May 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Washinton, DC - With a main office in the nation’s capital and affiliate offices nationwide, Torri’s Legal Services hopes to attract business from the country’s most successful law firms with the help of an email and multi-page micro site marketing campaign meant to emphasize the firm’s proven Sophisticated Process Serving (SPS) Program. The campaign will begin this spring.

With more than 20 years’ experience in tasks related to the service of process, Torri’s specializes in personal service and convenience for its clients, particularly in cases of rush and emergency service. The firm wanted to highlight its responsiveness and ease of service in a new campaign seeded in direct contact with potential clients. Though the company already has a Web site, Torri Schaffer, president of the female-run firm, hoped to create a special site as a resource for high-ranking law firms.

From a completely digitized documentation process to the firm’s state-of-the-art, court-approved affidavits, Torri’s philosophy revolves around making the Service of Process easy for lawyers. “No one does what we do,” said Schaffer, explaining what it means to be “sophisticated” and why her campaign focuses on this theme. Torri’s hired Baltimore-based creative firm, MOS Creative, to design and develop the campaign.

The litigation firm hopes to distinguish itself from the competition by using a professional yet creative approach to relationship building. In addition to details about how Torri’s SPS Program makes the litigation process simpler for clients, MOS’ creative team designed a less serious section of the site that provides law-inspired comic relief. Potential clients can find law jokes, funny stories about stupid criminals, ridiculous laws and other legal blunders.
