Hello-Hello launches new online courses for German & Italian

New Courses Will Open New Opportunities for Learners to Connect With German and Italian Native Speakers Around the World

May 12, 2010 - PRLog -- Washington, DC; Hello-Hello, an innovative language learning company, today announced the global launch of its online German and Italian language courses. The Hello-Hello courses were developed in collaboration with The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), which is the largest association of teachers and administrators of all languages at all levels, serving more than 12,000 educators.

Hello-Hello has made both the German and Italian language programs available for free to every user similar to the other language courses already available on its official website at www.hello-hello.com. The two new language programs follow ACTFL’s research-based approach to teaching languages; each course includes 30 conversational lessons based on realistic situations and these lessons are supplemented with more than 1,000 flashcards containing words and sentences for practice. Users will join a community of like-minded individuals who help one another during the learning process and have the opportunity to make friends around the world.

According to Hello-Hello’s CEO & Founder, Sarah Gontijo, “Hello-Hello's German and Italian language programs allow language learners to improve their language skills by interacting with native speakers around the world.

The Hello-Hello language courses offer an easy way for users to learn a new language anytime and anywhere including:
(1) tourists eager to learn the language of the country that they wish to visit,
(2) executives who desire to improve their skills for stronger career prospects, and
(3) teachers wishing to give their students extra practice and the opportunity to connect with native speakers.

Hello-Hello’s website (www.hello-hello.com) was launched in August 2009 and today has worldwide membership base which spans over 70 countries. Recently, the company successfully launched its Spanish course for the iPad, which has become a major hit among iPad users. Hello-Hello Spanish for the iPad was launched as part of Apple’s Grand Opening for the iPad. The Hello-Hello iPad app was featured by Apple as one of their Staff Favorites; the app achieved the #2 position in the Education category shortly after the release of the iPad. Hello-Hello will be launching iPad apps for other languages in the near future.
