Troy Duncan is Named as Director of Global Trade for Emergys

May 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Emergys, a leading Business Transformation service provider, is pleased to welcome Troy Duncan as Director of Global Trade, to the Emergys leadership team.  Prior to joining Emergys, Troy spent 10 years with SAP.   He held many roles which included Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) - Global Trade Services (GTS) Principal Consultant, GRC- Practice Manager for all SAP GRC Applications, and Client Partner for Service Sales.  

Troy has been a recognized thought leader in the industry of Global Trade Management (GTM) and has spent the last 9 years driving and developing product strategy, selling, training and building GRC-GTS practices globally.  He has delivered many successful GRC- GTS implementations across many industries which include Chemical, High Tech, Medical Devices and Consumer Products.  He also was a GRC-GTS instructor in EMEA and APAC.   Utilizing his extensive experience in Global Trade Management (GTM), Troy built a highly successful Global Trade Practice that doubled the consulting base year over year.

Troy started his career in Consumer Products/Agriculture industry where he was the Area Purchasing and Transportation Manager in charge of Procure-to-Pay processes.  He led the business transformation efforts to integrated business process across the enterprise leveraging SAP solutions as the enabler to transform his company’s business.
