PRLog -- West Toronto business centre operator Longbranch Centre for Business Excellence announced the launch of a 68 concurrent user coworking facility. Director Leo Coholic says "the facility addresses the need for affordable space and the new ways of working." The facility is on a 7000 square foot floor-plate on the ground floor. It has a loft-like feel with exposed mechanical, hardwood floors, slate and glass within a large open concept space. There are many configurations possible: from the single consultant to larger groups of four or eight looking for team space. "The concept of coworking is an trend that is within the ascending shared-space movement, we are looking for space catalysts who have been assembling there own groups. We want to host these groups in our centre, and not have them distracted and worrying about setting up and managing their own facility and all that entails. What we want to develop and accomodate within the centre is several groups that can work symbiotically or completely independently of each other. We can do this because the space is open concept, but it allows for privacy because of the layout and furniture" he adds.
