Voice Actor Dave Courvoisier to Present at VOICE 2010

May 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Participants at VOICE 2010 in Los Angeles can look forward to a very visual, informative, and entertaining presentation on Friday June 4th, 2010 featuring Dave Courvoisier and his colleague Terry Daniel.  Courvoisier and Daniel will present to a general audience of voice actors on the topic of “Building Your VoiceOver Presence Through Social Networking,” a popular choice for artists whose work is consumed and delivered in a digital format.

The presentation will address the importance and value of blogging along with the benefits of using sites such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.  Courvoisier and Daniel will be showing real-world examples of how Twittering and FaceBooking has garnered genuine jobs for voice actors.  The session will also include “how-to’s,” and “do’s and don’ts,” accompanied by video tutorials and a live question and answer period.

Courvoisier will also explain the intricacies and advantages of cross-posting in social networking, how to keep a consistent brand across social media sites, and how to find and contact prospective clients.
