Bay Technologies Rolls Out New Support Platform

June 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Bay Technologies has commenced the roll-out of an upgrade to its Customer Support Management processes.

The project, which has been internally branded as “Support 2.0”, sees the company take a more proactive approach to supporting its customers, the majority of which are Government organisations located across Australia.

The commencement of this project coincided with Bay’s recent recertification of its Quality Management System to the latest ISO9001:2008 standard. The roll-out is based on recent enhancements to the company’s own Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Help Desk and Service Requests System – SERVICE4.

The Bay Technologies website - http://www.baytech.com.au, now features an online reporting facility for logging support issues with Bay. This is backed up by a direct phone line to the support service desk. This will allow Bay to expand its support offerings to its customers in different regional locations across many time zones. These enhancements to the current support services model will allow Bay to incorporate several automated processes steps, improving its ability to respond to customers concerns and/or feedback.
