Southwest Florida Wellness Center entered into a three year lease agreement with SumCarlos Limited Partnership for a 2,094 sq ft unit at 16970 San Carlos Blvd, Suite 7.

Southwest Florida Wellness Center’s new facility will feature a weight loss clinic, medical urgent care resources and pain management facilities.
