Cafe Grill Opens in Fountain Valley

June 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Café Grill had its grand opening on Tuesday, June 8, in Fountain Valley.  The new restaurant offers original, healthy California cuisine at affordable prices.

Chef James Peters was born and raised in Orange County, and from an early age was immersed in the culinary arts working in his family’s restaurant.  After completing his formal training at Orange Coast College followed by a prestigious externship in Yorkshire, England, Peters honed his craft in various kitchens of local hotels and fine-dining establishments.  Café Grill is his first venture as a restaurateur.

Café Grill’s menu is comprised of Peters’ Southern Californian take on fish, steaks, and sandwiches.  The menu is rounded off with original, made in-house soups, salads, and bread.  Their wine list has boutique labels from select California vineyards as well as a number of dated vintages in the reserve cellar.  The ambiance of the dining space is relaxed yet chic, decorated with several paintings by local artist Norma Brinker.

Join Chef Peters at Café Grill, located on 17900 Magnolia (and Talbert), Unit A, Fountain Valley, 92708.  Beginning on June 8, lunch hours will be 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM Tuesday through Sunday (until 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays).  For more information and to view their menu, visit http://cafegrill.net.
