You’ve known your diagnosis for a while. You know the basics about how your ADHD affects you – whether it’s distractibility, poor time management, disorganization, impulsivity, procrastination or other symptoms. You may be taking medication, getting therapy or counseling, and working on improving work performance, organization, self-image, relationships and social skills.

Now it’s time to really put those skills into action in a weekly therapy group where you receive guidance and productive feedback, and are challenged, supported and inspired by your peers and a team of ADHD experts in a safe and encouraging environment. The group is designed to help you:

•   Refine your ADHD coping skills and learn some new ones
•   Improve awareness, acceptance, and overcome fears and stigmas that damage self-esteem
•   Define and prioritize achievable personal and career goals
•   Design and follow through with personalized behavioral strategies to improve organization, time management, and activation, and to reduce procrastination
•   Explore traditional and non-traditional treatment approaches that best fit your needs, including exercise, meditation, and nutrition
•   Recognize and use your strengths as well as overcome weaknesses
