Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter will host a Shred-A-Thon on Saturday, July 17th, 2010 from 10am-1pm. The event will be held rain or shine. The Shelter is located at 194 Route 10 West, behind Petsmart. Simply drive up in your car or truck and helpers will assist in unloading. Your materials can come in paper or plastic bags or boxes and it is not necessary to remove staples or paperclips. You can watch all your documents being shredded for true peace of mind. Any paper or cardboard will be accepted. Afterwards, all shredded paper is taken to a paper recycler for processing. Suggested donation for shredding is $5.00-$10.00 per bag or box-all donations appreciated. All proceeds from this event will benefit the homeless animals at Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter. Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter is located at 194 Route 10 West in East Hanover, behind Petsmart. It is a limited admission, nonprofit animal welfare organization that is 100% privately funded. The organization provides exceptional care for homeless animals while promoting spaying/neutering, microchipping and humane education. Mt. Pleasant's mission is to place homeless cats and dogs in permanent, loving homes. Mt.
