(CHICAGO, July 2010)  A big night in Chicago is upon us!  The excitement keeps growing as the date draws near!  Producing partners Tom Quinn (Phenom Features) and Kymberly Harris (Fresh Bread Productions) are hosting an evening with Terry O’Quinn (John Lock) of LOST on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the Park West (322 West Armitage) from 8:00 pm -11:00 p.m.  The film USING will also star Tom Quinn and Kymberly Harris.  A portion of the proceeds from the film will go to Salvation Army Safe Harbor Shelters.
In addition to producing partners Harris and Quinn, the special host committee includes REEL Chicago’s Ruth Ratny, Joyce Saxon (Media Advertising Club), Hillel Frankel of EIP Group/Movietrax, Dean Williams Hollywood Still Photographer/founder of Central IL Film Commission, impresario Joey Majamdar, publicist Rochelle Arjmand, Gina Driskell Subrosa Music, Michael Mach, Dozzy Ibekwe Bonsoiree, Tracey Melton of Mountain-Aire/Sweet Pea Productions and Downtown Bloomington Association, among others.
This event appeals to all – not only LOST fans, but appeals to film buffs, music buffs, auction bidders, philanthropic folks, anyone who enjoys special nights out in Chicago! About Using
USING is a feature-length drama about loving deception and a father's desperate fight to save his only daughter from self-destruction.  USING is a cautionary tale of addiction, betrayal and unlikely redemption, which asks the impossible question, "How far would you go to save a dying child?"

About Tom Quinn
Tom Quinn is writer/director of Using, and also playing Edward McNeil.  Illinois Wesleyan University Professor Thomas Anthony Quinn teaches Playwriting, Acting and Directing.   Mr. Quinn's original screenplay, The Land of Youth, co-written with his brother, Terry O'Quinn (Lost) is currently in circulation.  A member of Actor's Equity Association and MFA graduate of Illinois State University’s School of Theatre, Mr. Quinn has appeared on a host of stages around the country.  His theatre credits include Arena Stage in Washington, D.C., Center Stage in Baltimore, The Goodman, Briar Street, Steppenwolf, Commons, and Drury Lane in Chicago, New Stage in Jackson Mississippi and The American Inside Theatre in Milwaukee.  He has created over sixty roles for the professional stage and dozens more for academic theatre. On television, Mr. Quinn co-starred in the mini-series, Burden of Proof, written by Scott Turrow for ABC.

About Kymberly Harris & Fresh Bread Productions
Kymberly Harris’ Fresh Bread Productions is producing Phenom Features independent film, Using. Harris is also acting in Using and plays Lynn.  Harris is the Artistic Director of the Fresh Bread Productions, a 501(c)(3) non-profit company.   An Actors Studio Drama School grad herself, Harris’ Fresh Bread Productions started with an ensemble of MFA graduates of the Actors Studio, NYC.  The company staged Savage In Limbo at the Producers’ Club, sponsored by Bravo Television and Cablevision, as well as Rant performed at the Public Theatre and The Cherry Lane Theatre, which benefited Safe Horizon Battered Women Shelters. Kymberly’s original play, Bumping Umbrellas was performed at Don't Tell Mama and the 42nd Street Theatre. She just produced and directed a workshop production of her play Faith at TheatresCool, which sold out every night and was very successful and is an amazing play. Before that, it received a reading at the Broadway Theatre Institute, with two-time Emmy award winning Cady McClain in the lead.   A documentary film crew came out to film the process of building the workshop.  Kymberly is also on IMDB
