Compensation Survey Announced in Yemen, Qatar and Kuwait

Aug. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Birches Group LLC, a leading provider of total compensation surveys in developing markets, has announced three surveys of leading employers in the Middle East region, in Yemen, Qatar and Kuwait.  The surveys will be conducted via personal interviews with participating employers between August 22 and September 2, 2010.  Interested employers from all sectors are invited to join the survey.

The surveys capture data on salaries, cash allowances, in-kind benefits and incentives for staff on local terms and conditions.  In addition, the surveys include prevelence information for benefits such as pensions, health care, insurance and leave practices.  Employer interviews take 90 minutes or less, and do not require any prior knowledge of the Birches Group survey methodology.  Birches Group surveys are used by many international organizations and multi-national companies to help manage compensation and benefits throughout the developing world.
