Aug. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Painting company Pure Painters recently entered into a contract with the ad company Corpcom, but soon came to regret that decision. Corpcom decieved their client, charged their credit card after Pure Painters had requested them to cancel the contract, and still refuse to take any responsibility or to reimburse them.

Corpcom is a company who claims to specialize in selling presentation folders to companies looking to advertise their business. The company told Pure Painters that a credit card was required in order to validate their contract, and in order for Pure Painter's credit card to not be charged annually, they would have to send a letter to Corpcom saying that they had chosen to opt out of their service. The contract said that Pure Painters was to have exclusive rights to the painting section of the presentation folder and the sole ability of choosing where their add was to be placed.

A salesperson of Corpcom informed Pure Painters that they would receive a letter confirming the details of their contract. After months went by and still no confirmation letter was sent, Dillon, owner of Pure Painters, notified Corpcom, stating that they had still not received a confirmation letter, and inquired about when their add would be distributed. An employee at Corpcom replied, saying that they were having trouble selling the advertising space for Pure Painters. Several more months passed, and eventually Corpcom produced a folder for their agitated client. To Pure Painters' surprise, their add was incorrectly placed and four other paint companies were represented in the same folder - clearly not what was agreed to in the innitial contract. And printed on their ad was an expiration date for a Pure Painters promotion that had run out months before the distribution date of their ad. Infuriated by the company's lack of cooperation, Dillon called Corpcom in order to inquire about fixing their obvious mistake. Corpcom responded with a completely unprofessional attitude, offering no compensation and saying that they were not responsible for any of their errors.

Although Pure Painters had sent the company two opt-out letters, Corpcom still charged their Visa account. Obviously angry about Corpcom's underhanded transactions, Dillon attempted to contact the company nine times. Each time he called, a representative stated that someone from the company would give him a call back. Not once did Dillon actually receive that return phone call. When Dillon was finally able to speak with someone from the company, he told them that he was going to make sure that others were aware of Corpcom's deceptive business practices. Corpcom's only reply was, "we don't care". Corpcom states that they will still continue to charge the credit card and will not offer any type of refund, leaving Dillon with no other choice than to cancel his credit card and to set up a lawsuit against the company.

This is an appeal to the general public to stay as far away from Corpcom as possible. Their business practices are corrupt and unreliable. This company is not to be trusted. Pure Painters has asserted that they will be releasing documents such as this every day for as long as need be until they receive a reply from Corpcom and are reimbursed for the full amount that was charged to their Visa.
