Michelin starred chef at Pavilions, Phuket in October

Aug. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- The renowed chef from Saint-James Hotel, Bordeaux is inviting guests and Phuket residents to taste his unique creations.  There will also be a chance to learn his secrets with a cooking class on Friday, 29th October at 12:00pm.

A native of Marseilles, Michel mastered his craft in local restaurants before opening his Côté Théâtre restaurant in Perpignan in 1998.  Three years later he was honored with his first Michelin star after earning praise from critics and locals alike.

Michel then became Chef and Director of Bordeaux's renowned Saint-James Hotel where he replaced the traditional dishes with more exotic flavours.  "A gastronomic restaurant must be creative" he said.

The event is sure to be a sell out, so it's advisable to book your table now.
