Advisory...Bay View and Re-Focus Inc Team Up

Aug. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- On August 17, 2010 the staff of Re-Focus Inc. will receive special honors for their dedicated service to adults with various disabilities.  Additionally, Bay View Academy’s Cooking Club will be on hand to prepare a tasty and nutritious luncheon.  Re-Focus over time has partnered with Bay View Academy on several interesting initiatives and the partnership has proven to be a wonderful experience for the clients, staff of Re-Focus, Inc. Inc and in particular the young women of Bay View. This special event is scheduled for August 17th  beginning at 10 AM .  This team effort embodies the principles of Mercy that are taught at Bay View and also serves the clients and staff of Re-Focus, Inc. Inc.  

The clients, administration and staff of Re-Focus, Inc. will be treated to pasta primavera prepared and served by the young women of the Bay View Academy Cooking Club.  This special day and awards celebration promises to be a fun and meaningful time, ”I am so pleased that our faculty Cooking Club advisor, Pam Farmer and the girls of the cooking club have joined with Re-Focus to create a wonderful partnership.” said Colleen Gribbin, Bay View High School Principal. “This is indicative of the type of girls at Bay View, who always remain willing to help to make the world a better place, even on summer vacation!”

Sister Chris Kavanagh, Executive Director of Re-Focus, Inc. Inc agreed, “This will be a special and delicious day for all the people that support Re-Focus, Inc. and its most important mission to serve adults with various disabilities.”
