Aug. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- Gracie Barra Long Island Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was founded over 2 years ago and is celebrating its one year anniversary of its newest Academy in Commack New York.  At this Academy they offer top level instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
