The office crew speaks English, German, French, basic Spanish and Italian. Further we are very happy to announce Winds Of Change Records Office Germany. Our Office in Germany will focus on talent scouting, relationship management of new bands and growing the German music industry contact base. As part of Winds Of Change Records, HauntSound Records and Management and our German Office will work with Ralph Ehmann to expand the global roster of metal acts and to complete our unique network. Frank Tienemann is a very talented singer and songwriter. He wrote songs for well known films like “Manta Manta”, new Constantin Film (Chrystal Wall), and the title song (Waiting on the Border) of “Warzone” a film with Christopher Walken. Frank Tienemann worked with several famous groups like VIENNA and SEVEN SEALS as a leading singer and guitarist, not to forget his producing capacity for SEVEN SEALS. He worked together with international artists like Jermain Stewart, The Real Thing, The Sweet, Geoffrey Williams, Sidney Youngblood, Lake, Middle of the Road, Roger Chapman, Accuser, Napalm Death ,Meat Loaf, Manfred Mans Earthband ,Uriah Heep, Susi Quattro and the list goes on. In 2009 he and his band Crow7 released their second album “Light In My Dungeon”. Soon he will surprise us with his new creation - a rock opera!! (Release is currently a work in progress) CJ Style (Stephanie Wacht) is the general manager of HauntSound & Management. She has a good eye and affinity for artists because she is one herself. Along with her in singing, from the early age of six she became familiar with the stage as a dancer and she has classical training in Ballet, Jazz – Contemporary Dance, Afro Dance, Hip – Hop and Ragga. Well-known companies counted on her like Loreal , Kadus, Toshiba, Wella, Motorolla , etc. After a stay in Australia she came back with her dancing group “RHYTHM NATION” and they brought to life to an extraordinary hip hop musical “ JAM “ . She danced for Daniel Aminati and the singer Christane Feist for the TV station WDR and DSF. Since 2004 CJ has been the assistant to the manager of Germany’s most famous artist. She has experience in organizing concerts with a capacity of 40.000-70.000 people, and was involved in the organization of several CD releases from 2006-2009. In 2009 she was the project manager of the showcase for the DVD release of a new classical crossover group “Vai DaCapo ” in the castle of Schwetzingen. CJ was responsible for “ Vai DaCapo’s” first concert in NYC in “City Winery”. She has her diploma of music management and event management. CJ is the manager of CROW 7 and together with Frank Tienemann wrote the songs for their album “Light In My Dungeon”. Her philosophy is “Stagnation is Regression“ followed by the company’s slogan “We make you move”. For CJ Style nothing is impossible - if there is a solution CJ Style will find it!. Edgar Patrik was born in Austria, Vienna. There he went to the most famous music academy and became one of the best European drummers. Having such a gifted man gifted working with us will make it easy for WOCR to become one of the highest quality record labels in the future. In his past he did numerous world tours and played with Lee Cooper Group, Power House, Sinner, David Hanselmann, Tyran` Pace, Samson, T.N.T., Peter Schilling, Vice, 5 records with BONFIRE and the list goes on. Currently he is teaching his art to newcomers so he has a perfect social and artistic understanding of them and an incredible energy to push them as far as possible. No less impressive is Judith Witzeman. She is a business management prodigy. Very early she made her diploma as management assistant and master of Hotel Business Administration. She was a sales assistant in charge of public relations for Timecraft GmbH. In addition she worked in Management Administration for a university hospital in charge of the employees and their further education in Regensburg. This was after working as head of consult for the direction of Nextime GmbH, Zeitconzept GmbH, 7S Group GmbH & Co KG and of Movado Group GmbH for the region Bavaria. Today she is the owner of Keystone Relations HR. Her incredible management skills are very powerful. She will be in charge of WOCR`s Administration Management for our unique Studio project. Frank Stadlbauer, Musician – Songwriter and Producer in Germany. Frank looks back on a long musician career especially in Metal. He wrote and produced several Metal albums and plays in a band named ClusterheaD. Frank also is a wizard in mixing and engineering new records. Frank will be in charge of new bands musical talents, moulding the band to get them to a superior level in WOCR. Toward the end of the 80’s Ralph created the idea of ‘The World of Art’. The idea was to re-open the fantastic Montserrat Air Studios in an amazing environment. At the beginning of 2000 he found the perfect island -St. Maarten - the Friendly Island. Infrastructure, international Airport, Caribbean flair, nightlife, good restaurants, it was all there. Over the years several well-known producers and musicians joined the team and the idea grew to encompass an Art City and University for Media and Arts.
