R204DESIGN Recognized for Outstanding Community Leadership

Aug. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- In a symposium focused on global real estate investment and development in Santa Clara, California, R204DESIGN principals and co-founders, Sidhartha Sabikhi and Juan Villalta were invited to speak about their work in growing cities throughout India and the Middle East.  Various projects were showcased highlighting mixed-use, retail and commercial developments. They were presented with an award for Outstanding Community Leadership for their efforts particularly in the city of Kukatpally, India, which is a commercial suburb of Hyderabad.
