International Designers Guest Lecture at Local High School

Sept. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- For those students taking a more proactive interest in planning their futures, West Adams Prep High School offers the guidance and supplemental resources to help these students achieve their goals. In this light, local design firm R204DESIGN was invited to speak about the risks and rewards of entrepreneurship, and what it takes to really be successful after school.

Where many students fail to see the value of their educational career is their focus on what’s being taught versus the skills they’re developing in the process.  These skills include the approach and development of problem-solving and teamwork. After college, when you begin to work for a company or venture out to start your own, the most important thing you bring with you is your attitude towards work, which then reflects on those around you and all that you produce.
