Hardy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. He is licensed in both Arkansas and California and his twenty years of law practice encompass primarily complex commercial and medical litigation cases in Arkansas, and the representation of financial institutions in San Francisco’s Financial District in California. Lee also noted that his group’s national balance, with consultants on both the East and West coasts, and in the central United States, and their fluency in multiple languages is of vital importance in dealing with international customers.
