Vinson Mortgage Group’s President, Shawn Vinson, donates nearly $13,000 to local charity.

Sept. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Vinson Mortgage Group pledged $99 for every loan closed in the month of August to the Averi Budde Foundation in honor of the foundation’s 4th annual fundraising event at the Blue Springs Ranch in Bourbon, MO. “The Budde’s have always been close to our heart and this is just one way to show our support for such a wonderful cause” said Shawn Vinson, President of Vinson Mortgage Group. The Vinson Mortgage helicopter was also available giving rides to attendees for a donation to the foundation.

The funds raised provide nursing scholarships for continuing education, financial support to Camp Rhythm, and short-term support to St Louis Children’s Hospital heart families in need. “We don’t have enough words to say for the compassion, the effort, and the time Vinson Mortgage helped expand our charity and also to expand the awareness of CHD. It takes amazing people to give back that way and we cannot thank Vinson Mortgage enough!” said Staci Budde, Mother of Averi Budde and Founder of the Averi Budde Foundation.
