This is just what the new Infant and Parent class offered at the Princeton Montessori School led by Maria Johnson, a Parent Infant Specialist will provide to parents, grandparents and nannies this fall. Ms. Johnson brings her many years of experience, observations and research to help new parents deal with the challenges of parenting, identifying the developmental markers in infant children and aid parents in the use of direct and indirect skills that affect the beginning responses and connections with the world. The 10 Sessions will include discussions about observation, safety, nutrition, developing healthy eating habits, night crying and feeding, disciple, nursing, weaning, toileting, travelling and celebrations.
