Ghillie Kettles... What are they and when could you use one?

.  The Camping Kettle Company offer an opportunity to upgrade by adding an additional protective-coating on all Ghillie Kettles they sell.

This process involved in adding the coating requires dual oven-baking at over 180°C to remove all manufacturing residue which offers a long lasting protective coating both inside and outside the kettle.  The upgraded coating is available in two colours as standard black and dark green each comes with a carry bag.

Whilst called a kettle the Ghillie can also be used to heat an accessory camping pan enabling 'outdoorsy types' to make a simple hot meal too. These are known at Complete Kettle Sets and include the Ghillie kettle, one pan, a handle, a grill, a kettle / pan support and a triangular base support.
