Environmentally-friendly Asheville mom offers parents “green” supplies for Halloween

ASHEVILLE, NC—At the time of year when most businesses are promoting pumpkins and all things fall for Halloween, Lisa Hawkins, owner and found of My Pumpkin Doodle, is just carrying on business as usual. Hawkins’ company, named for her youngest daughter’s nickname, has nothing to do with pumpkins. It does, however, feature green and environmentally-friendly products to help parents decorate their homes and dress-up their own little pumpkins for trick or treating.

Concerned about the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) that children come in contact with every day, Hawkins recently added an Eco Halloween Paint Set to her line of products.
