Prior to joining T1M, Graham headed his own consultancy after serving in high-level positions serving global brands at Sapient Corporation and iXL. This appointment underscores T1M’s deep commitment to strategic leadership with a focus on the user experience. Chris Ingwalson has been named Account Director and Misty Markley has been appointed Account Manager respectively. Joining T1M with ten years experience in digital strategy, planning and account management including her most recent position at Crispin, Porter & Bogusky (CP&B), Ingwalson will play a management role with T1M’s key accounts. Markley will manage teams for digital campaigns for PENTAX Imaging Company and other select accounts. She previously served as Account Manager at Faction Media. Sammy Eubank has joined T1M’s operations department as an Operations Coordinator/ Randy Winch and Aaron Congleton have each been appointed to the position of Interface Developer residing in the agency’s Denver office. In their new roles, Winch and Congleton will handle front end development responsibilities for HTML/CSS/JavaScript/ Mike Cory has joined T1M’s Pasadena team as Flash Developer. He will specialize in developing campaign components based on the flash platform which includes Flash, ActionScript, Flex and AIR. He previously served as Senior Graphic Designer/Senior Web Designer at HW Design Inc. T1M’s founder and CEO Ming Chan stated, “I’m very excited to welcome this A-list to T1M.
