The1stMovement Soars to NO. 3 in 2011 “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles”

Sept. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Pasadena, CA - The1stMovement (T1M) digital agency announced today that it ranks NO. 3 in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2011 “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles,” up from No. 18 in 2010’s list.  For its second year in a row, the Los Angeles-based digital agency joins the list in the small business category (15-49 employees), identified and recognized as the best employers in Los Angeles County.

The ranking process measured two sets of data collected from a wide-variety of Los Angeles-based private and public workplaces.  Each company first submitted an Employer Benefits & Policies questionnaire, followed by a each employee’s submission of a survey containing eight core focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
