Pavel & Sons Auto Transport Company Rating

Oct. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Due to some recent concerns of our customers, we saw it needed to clarify such concerns and to ensure our customers that Pavel & Sons Auto Transport is dedicated to providing quality and honest car shipping services.  Following is our response to one concerned shipper and others commenting on a moving forum:

i just booked cosmos auto and they gave me a 5 day window pickup. Immediately after booking they called me saying my carrier will pickup my car in 48 hrs and they are Pavel & sons Auto transport.

I could not find any information about them. No bbb rating
Do they have a license?
Please tell me where to check or if you know about this company.
Please help.
cosmos has good rating but unfortunately they are brokers in this case.

Please note that we receive our work from various brokers, therefore we don't advertise. Thus being the reason you had a hard time finding us online.

Regarding the complaint on transportseviews, it is unfortunate that Agape Auto Transport received such bad rating because of the situation involving the shipper and our company. The complaint is completely over-exaggerated and one-sided. We went out of our way to meet the demands of the shipper. Even though a supposed scratch costs nowhere near $700 to repair, we chose to return the entire amount the shipper paid for the transport to settle the dispute.

It is true that at times it may be difficult to reach the driver, but that is the reality in this industry. When the driver is picking up or dropping off vehicles, he is constantly in and out of the truck. The shipper should have called our office, none such calls were received however. Our policy is to have all the phone calls and/or emails returned within the same business day.
