Carlsbad Village Association Announces Candidate Forum CARLSBAD, CA, OCTOBER 19, 2010: Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) Announces the Carlsbad Village Mayoral and City Council Candidate Forum to be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 6:30 P.M. at the Carlsbad Village Theatre, 2822 State Street, Carlsbad, CA 92008 All candidates for both races are expected to attend and answer questions submitted by audience members. The Evening will be divided into two segments; first the Mayoral Candidates from 6:30 – 7:20 P.M., and then the City Council Candidates from 7:30 The forum will be moderated by the League of Women Voters of North Coast San Diego County. Questions will be gathered and compiled by volunteers from the League of Women Voters and then sorted and given to the moderator. Doors will open at 5:30 pm to allow attendees time to network and write out question cards. Evening Itinerary Mayoral Forum 6:30 - 7:20 Candidates: Glenn R.
