Introducing The 2011 Dodge Challenger And Its New Pentastar Engine

Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- The Chrysler Group keeps giving us more and more on their 2011 vehicle lineup and we are loving it! For the upcoming year, the 2011 Dodge Challenger gets a new look and the new 3.6 Pentastar V6 engine.

With this new engine, the Challenger will produce 305 horsepower and 268 lb ft. of torque. This thing is a beast gaining an extra 55 hp and 18 lb ft. from the 2010 model.

The Pentastar V-6 engine was premiered earlier this year on the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Other models planned to sport this bad bay engine in the future include the Dodge Avenger, Durango, Charger and Journey, as weel as the new Chrysler 200, 300 and Town & Country.
