Final Retail Letting at Trinity Gate, Guildford, Surrey, UK

Oct. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Bourne Estate Agents opened its first office in Farnham last year and, on the back of its success in the town, recently identified 5a Trinity Gate as the location for its new Guildford branch.

The property, which totals 915 sq ft (85 sq m), has been taken on a new 10-year lease at an annual rent of £37,500. The letting of the retail property marks a completion to the Trinity Gate development, which is managed by Gascoignes.  The landmark mixed use scheme comprises six shops a restaurant, 72 apartments together with a swimming pool, leisure facilities and secure underground parking.
