ION Computer Systems Introduces their 32-Core+ F45 Server.

Oct. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- The F45 is a 4U (7” Tall) 4 socket high performance server that will support Intel® current 8-core 7500 series Xeon® processor as well as future generation Xeon® 7500 series processors with increased cores and speeds.  The F45 with its flexible memory configuration can support up to ½ Terabyte of memory, giving the F45 the memory needed to support higher core count and processor speeds.  ION offers the F45 with 10 PCI-express slots, giving the server the I/O bandwidth needed to support 32 Xeon processor cores..
